Language note 546

Make notes on the language of the item or on the fact that it is a translation or adaptation, unless this is apparent from the rest of the description (2.7B2).
eg
546 # # $a In hindi
546 # # $a German text, parallel English translation.
546 # # $a Text in English and Spanish.
546 # # $a In various languages.
